Match winner and qualification markets

A three-way match-result market offers a home win, a draw or an away win. It normally settles on the score after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are usually excluded unless the market rules say otherwise.

In a knockout match, a team can draw after 90 minutes and still advance. A “to qualify” market is different from the match-result market and generally includes the methods needed to decide which team progresses. Always read the bookmaker’s settlement rules before choosing a market.

Outright winner and tournament markets

An outright winner bet concerns the team that wins the tournament. Other tournament markets may cover group winners, reaching a particular round or individual awards. Check whether a market is available, when it closes and how ties or withdrawals are handled. This page does not publish live odds.

Goals, handicaps and player markets

  • Total goals: An over/under selection concerns the combined goals against a stated line.
  • Both teams to score: This market concerns whether each team scores within the period specified.
  • Handicaps: A starting adjustment changes how the result is assessed. Whole-goal and split lines can have different settlement rules.
  • Player markets: Goalscorer and other player selections can depend on participation requirements. Check how non-starters and substitutes are treated.

Reading odds and comparing markets

Compare the same selection, time period and settlement conditions when looking at prices. Decimal odds describe the potential total return including the stake; they are not a prediction or a guarantee. Our betting odds guide explains the arithmetic.
